2 minutes from everything…
The location is so central to the main harbour, you are quite literally 2 minutes from everything. You can see 2/3 harbour bakers, 3 restaurants, various coffee shops and taxi boats from the balcony. You will also be 2 minutes from the taxi rank and bus stop, car rental and supermarkets. 10 minutes slow walk to the nearest 2 beaches also.
